Aah, Paris! The city of love… the city of crêpes! I still remember my trip to Paris eight years ago. I got to try the real authentic crêpes sold from an old lady on the street.
This is one of my favorite Russian recipes – “Manti.” Although this dish is very popular in Russia, it’s influenced by the Asian cuisine. The Russians steam the manti in a special pot called “Mantnitsa” but you can buy a steaming pot at an Asian market (the typical steamer consists of a boiling pot and two tiers).
On this very cold and rainy day, I just couldn’t help to post a recipe for the famous Russian Borsh – one of the most traditional foods in Russian cuisine. Borsh is essentially a soup made of various vegetables cooked in beef broth (sometimes chicken) made from scratch. But the main ingredient is cabbage.
